Coordinated and Approved Redevelopment Plan

The Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza Partnership is responsible for implementing the approved redevelopment plan in coordination with the City of Los Angeles and public agencies.

Development partners include Harridge Development Group, Access Industries, Inc., and SilverPeak.
